Instead of having to make a decision when your parcel arrives, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to try on your footwear at home and determine whether the size, style, and fit are right for you.
If the product does not fit or simply does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within this period, without giving any reason.
How to Return a Product
Each order includes a return voucher containing the information needed to route your parcel back to us. You do not need to write the return address yourself.
To return a product:
Carefully pack the footwear, preferably in its original shoe box, and use suitable protective outer packaging for shipping.
Complete the Return Form, making sure to provide your bank account details (IBAN) and the account holder's name accurately.
Place the completed Return Form inside the parcel.
Use the provided return voucher and hand the parcel over to the designated courier within 14 days of receiving your order.
