For international orders, product replacement is handled through our Return Procedure.
The returned product must be sent together with a completed Return Form. If the form is not included in the product box, you can download it from our Product Returns page. The return address is provided in the Return Form.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account provided in the Return Form within 14 days.
To receive the desired size and/or model, you need to place a new order through our online store.

What does the warranty cover?

What is not considered a manufacturing defect?
The warranty does not cover:

- mechanical damage;
- damage caused by improper use;
- damage caused by water, chemicals or external factors;
- improper cleaning or maintenance;
- use of the footwear for purposes other than those intended.
Shoe Care
To extend the life of your footwear we recommend:
- use the shoes according to their intended purpose;
- clean them using suitable care products;
- allow them to dry naturally, away from direct heat sources;
- use appropriate care products for leather, suede and nubuck.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
