1. General Provisions
Welcome to the official online store of PESHTERA™.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this online store, as well as the rights and obligations between PESHTERA STIL KOMERS Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant") and all users and customers of the online store.
By accessing this online store, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and customers who access or use the online store.
The Merchant reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon their publication in the online store unless otherwise specified.

The Merchant makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all information published in the online store is accurate, complete and up to date. However, occasional errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies may occur.
The Merchant reserves the right to modify product information, descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions and availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Use of the Online Store
Users agree to use the online store in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms of Use and generally accepted standards of good faith.
Users shall not:

5. Products
The Merchant offers footwear and related products through the online store.
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and specifications are provided for informational purposes.
The Merchant strives to present product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on the customer's display settings, monitor calibration or mobile device.
Minor variations in colour, texture, natural leather characteristics or manufacturing details shall not be considered defects.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. The Merchant reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities without prior notice.
6. Prices
All prices displayed in the online store are expressed in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable under Bulgarian legislation.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated separately during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
The Merchant reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed by the Merchant.
In the event of an obvious pricing error caused by technical malfunction or human error, the Merchant reserves the right to cancel the affected order. The customer will be informed promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.
7. Orders
Customers may place orders through the online store by following the ordering procedure provided on the website.
Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for verifying that all information provided, including delivery address, contact details, selected products, sizes and quantities, is accurate.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded only after the Merchant confirms acceptance of the order.
The Merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:
- incorrect or incomplete customer information;
- unavailable products;
- obvious pricing or technical errors;
- suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- circumstances beyond the Merchant's reasonable control.
If an order has already been paid and cannot be fulfilled, the Merchant will refund the full amount using the original payment method whenever possible.
8. Payment and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination or circumstances beyond the Merchant's control.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon full payment and delivery of the goods.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the products.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchase contracts in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition together with all accessories, labels and packaging, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Refunds shall be processed within the statutory period after the returned products have been received and inspected.
10. Warranty and Complaints
All products sold through the online store are covered by the statutory legal guarantee provided under applicable legislation.
Customers may submit complaints concerning defective or non-conforming products in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
Complaints will be examined individually, and customers will be informed of the outcome within the legally prescribed period.

Where no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Bulgarian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
